Do I need a ticket to attend your events?

Yes indeed! Tickets/wristbands can be purchased in advance or in some instances on the gate on the day. We often offer early bird pricing for a limited time online too!The only exception is SurfStage, which is free entry to the festival site.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets for Problem Child Events are available exclusively through the Problem Child Events website (you're here already, lucky you!).Day tickets can be purchased on the gate, availability depending. Camping tickets must always be purchased in advance via the website.

How do I receive my tickets?

Your purchase confirmation email is your ticket. No physical tickets will be sent out.

Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?

Tickets can be purchased on the gate on the day, as long as we are not at capacity.However we do offer early bird pricing for a limited time, meaning it is possible to purchase tickets at a reduced price online in advance.

Are children welcome at your events?

Of course! We welcome all ages at our events, and they are generally suitable for children. Some events require the purchase a child ticket - please see the Event Guidelines/FAQs of the specific event you are attending.

Day attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.Camping attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of the event being cancelled by Problem Child Events.

Can we camp at Problem Child Events?

All of our festivals have camping available. This can be booked online via the Problem Child Events website and includes a weekend festival ticket.Camping must always be booked in advance so you can be allotted a suitable camp site.

Will events be cancelled in the event of bad weather?

Bad weather? In the UK? Never heard of it.We will try our best to continue with the event in all weather conditions.Both the stage and main bar area are under cover, ponchos will be available, and we will be certain to do a sun dance the night before (results vary).

Is it cash or card only payments?

Our festivals are cashless events, therefore we only accept card payments.All major cards are accepted.

Is there disabled access?

Accepted Answer

Our festival field is easily accessible, and there are no steps or tight access areas.Please bear in mind there may be some uneven surfaces.

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, just please keep them on a lead and clean up after them.We do not allow dangerous dog breeds on site.

What do I do in case of a medical emergency?

There is a first aid kit located at the entrance gate and we will have trained first aiders on site.

What items are not permitted at your events?

Please note you may be searched on entry to the event site.Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. No responsibility is given for the return of confiscated items. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested. The following items are not permitted:Illegal substances. We operate a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs and entry will be refused for those attempting to enter the event with any.Glass (of any kind) or cans including spray cans or gas canisters.Laser equipment or pens.Bat and ball games (e.g. cricket, rounders, baseball etc.).Fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, personal motorised vehicles unless a mobility scooter.Umbrellas or parasols of any kind.Your own alcoholic drinks.Please see the FAQs/Event Guidelines of the event you are attending for any specific restrictions.

Do you capture photos and videos at your events?

We have a content team that will be capturing images and videos at our events. This is our photo and video policy.Problem Child Events has photographers and videographers that attend our events to capture content to distribute across our networks as well as the networks of performers/contributors who participate in the event.If you do not wish to have your image captured, please speak to the photographer/videographer at the event or contact us.These images may appear on our website and email newsletters, in our printed materials produced for promotional purposes including leaflets, posters and adverts, in materials sent out to the media, and kept as a record of festival events for archive purposes. Please note that websites can be seen throughout the world, and not just in the United Kingdom, where UK law applies.We ask all photographers to adhere to all legal requirements and will help in any way to facilitate conversations with parties that wish to not be included in the distributed content.Attendance of any Problem Child event where a ticket has been purchased or a notice of photography/filming is given on-site is an agreement to be included in any photography that is being executed and delivered to our networks with a fair use to promote our organisations and events.We will not use the photographs or film for any other purposes than those mentioned aboveCopyright of photographs taken will remain with the organisation and/or the photographer If you wish to request to have your likeness removed from our database, please contact us and we will assess the case at the time. Can I take photos and videos at your events?

Accepted Answer

You can take photos and videos strictly for personal, private, and non-commercial use, using mobile phones or personal stills cameras. Professional equipment such as tripods, gimbals, larger detachable telephoto lenses, separate lighting rigs, and drones (UAVs) are not permitted without prior written consent from Problem Child Events.

Attendees may not monetise their photos or videos, or use them for sponsored content, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing that leverages the event name or imagery without prior written consent from Problem Child Events.
